Your Role:
As an Assistant Manager – Marketplace Sales, you will lead a team of Sales Executives handling either international or domestic destinations on the TripXL platform. You will be responsible for driving destination-specific growth, achieving sales targets through assigned travel agents, and nurturing your team’s performance. This role combines sales leadership, CRM expertise, agent management, and a data-driven approach to grow our marketplace effectively.Own and drive sales performance for assigned domestic or international destinations.
