Role Summary:

HyFun Foods is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager-Marketing: Experiential (Trade shows & Exhibitions) to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of brand presence at key domestic and international trade shows and exhibitions. The role will focus on end-to-end management of HyFun booths at events such as Gulfood, Saudi Food Show, FOODEX, WOFEX, SIAL, ANUGA, and leading Indian trade fairs like Aahar, Indus Food Show etc., ensuring world-class brand experiences aligned with HyFun’s positioning in the Frozen Food space

Purpose of the position:

• This position is vital for ensuring that HyFun is strategically represented at industry events both domestic and global, facilitating business growth, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• The person is expected to enhance brand visibility, creating impactful customer experiences, and driving lead generation through the effective management of tradeshows, exhibitions, and events

Roles and Responsibility:

1. Trade Shows & Exhibitions Management -

• Independently plan, manage, and execute HyFun’s participation in international and domestic trade shows, from crating briefs for vendors, opening, closing & post-show reviews.
• Own end-to-end exhibition project management: Objectives, concept, timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground supervision.
• Develop detailed stand briefs (zoning, kitchen, seating, storage, branding, AV, sampling) in line with marketing and sales objectives.

2. Experiential Brand Execution -

• Translate brand strategy into on-ground experiential concepts, ensuring consistent visual identity, storytelling, and product presentation across all booths.
• Plan and oversee product sampling, live kitchen demos, menu boards, and trade engagement activities to drive lead generation and brand recall.
• Collaborate with NPD, Sales, Exports and Food Service teams to curate product focus, hero SKUs, and trade narratives for each show.

3. Global Vendor & Booth Management -

• Manage global vendor ecosystem for stall design and fabrication across regions (Middle East, Europe, ASEAN, etc.), including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and performance tracking.
• Work closely with stall designers and fabricators on layout, material specs, structural feasibility, and compliance with organizer guidelines.
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of: a) Booth materials: acrylic, vinyl, fabric, MDF/wood, laminate/mica, metal, glass, etc. b) Lighting types and profiles: profile lights (P1, P2), spotlights, backlit panels, LED walls (& content associated) c) Furniture types and finishes: wooden / laminated counters, bar tables, sofas, discussion tables and chairs. d) Review 3D designs, technical drawings, KLDs, and material samples to ensure quality, durability, and brand fit.

4. Operations, Logistics & Compliance

• Coordinate with internal teams for product samples, kitchen equipment, utilities (power, water, drainage) and local statutory compliance.
• Ensure timely documentation, shipments, and on-site setup/teardown in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain checklists and SOPs for global exhibitions (branding, equipment, hygiene, safety, signage, and visitor experience).

5. Budgeting, Reporting & ROI

• Prepare and manage exhibition budgets, negotiate cost efficiencies with vendors while maintaining premium execution standards.
• Track KPIs for each show (visitors engaged, leads generated, meetings, sampling numbers, trade conversions) and submit post-event reports with learnings and recommendations.
• Benchmark competitor booths and category best practices to continuously elevate HyFun’s experiential presence.
