Contractual role : 1 year renewable Dept : Finance /Sales Role : Contract Manager End-to-End Contract lifecycle Management – Updating, reviewing existing drafts accurately and sending for processing to legal and finance post checks performed. Contract management review of contracts that are created, executed, monitored, and renewed ( Type of contracts : new, extensions, amendments, special pricing, POC etc.) Review/Checks required : pricing approvals, member approval , HOD approval match in the contract, product related specific clauses, special contract clauses ( recon clauses max /min) , various necessary checks to be performed before sharing with internal departments as per SOP Updating contract details ( basis execution) Saving approvals , contracts, and mails in the contract repository , update of repository Sending contracts for Digital signing to HOD and tracking those approvals Keep track of current contracts, renewals, extensions of POC, special pricing contracts – upfront communicated basis dates those that are to be renewed /expired Follow up on past contracts with KAMs ( week on week for closure) – share summary and aggressive follow ups to close that impact incentives Sharing MIS ( in excel) of open/closed /executed contracts with internal departments and KAMs Manage internal stakeholders ( KAMs) manage relationships with sales team, legal, finance and maintain correspondence with all of these parties including follow ups and revisions Requirements: Good communication skills ( written and verbal) Good interpersonal skills – dealing with diff departments Attention to detail Professional attitude, quick learner , good team player Good knowledge of MS office ( word, excel and PowerPoint ) Should be able to manage contracts, deliverables, deadlines, contract terms and conditions independently Knowledge of contract management cycle , review etc , reviewing legal drafts ( if some exp in this would be helpful) Contract administration - involves the day-to-day management and oversight of contracts, update to tracker and sharing dashboard or updates on pending contracts or renewal cases Post-execution contract administration knowledge ( tracker entries), saving mails and ensuring end to end is updated in repository and folders Automation skills ( not a must but good to have) automating basic drafts Ability to deal with pressure ( month end) given volume of contracts and ability to perform under pressure from sales team Show more Show less
