Key Responsibilities: Fraud, AML & Chargebacks: Monitor, investigate, and mitigate internal fraud, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risks, and chargeback incidents across the platform. Design early detection mechanisms and fraud response playbooks KYC Ownership: Lead and manage the end-to-end KYC (Know Your Customer) process, ensuring it meets evolving regulatory requirements and provides a smooth user experience Policy Development & Implementation: Develop, review, and enforce comprehensive risk management and compliance policies aligned with regulatory and industry standards Compliance Ownership: Ensure ongoing compliance with laws such as the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, and other enterprise-level risk and regulatory frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for providing support in Contract Management, Litigation Management, IP Management, Dispute Resolution, Managing Compliance, and working independently on assigned projects in collaboration with other team members. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contract Management: · Vetting, drafting, negotiating, and finalizing and closing various contracts and other transactional documents in close coordination with respective departments. 2. Litigation Management: · Coordinating with external counsels, keeping a track of the progress of all the litigations, vetting various petitions, pleadings, writs, affidavits, counter affidavits, appeals, miscellaneous applications, affidavits, civil or criminal complaints, and notices. · Maintaining MIS, preparing, highlighting, and updating higher management of the Company regarding the status of the litigation. 3.
