- Responsible for leading Instrumentation team in the factory.
- Maintenance & Trouble shooting of SCADA, PLC, Field Instruments, Panels, Drives etc
- PLC Programing, preparation/ modification of logics as per process needs
- Prepare and Implement schedules for preventive maintenance and monitor the same for all plants to ensure high Reliability of equipment and process
- Ensure effective spares management and review for entire plant to reduce MTTR
- Responsible for Capex projects, plant engineering and up gradation and retro fits, in area of Instrumentation
- Provide support to Procurement for vendor development for Spares and Services
- Drive Industry 4.0 and other Digital factory initiatives for the entire plant
- Support driving EHS agenda and lead allocated critical Saint-Gobain Safety Standards
- Drive WCM Activities and brining improvements through WCM Projects & lead allocated WCM Pillar activities
- Ensure compliance to Statutory responsibilities allocated
- Ensure compliance to ISO / OHSAS and other systems as per plan
