Role & responsibilities : To take the lead of Safety of Instrumentation crew in Power & Chemical Plant Area. Preventive Maintenance Planning & Scheduling. Co-ordination with Process, Instrumentation Engineers & other Engineers for execution of Instrumentation jobs. Day-to-Day Instrumentation Preventive Maintenance Jobs execution and updating in the SAP System. Completion of Improvement projects as per operational and management requirements Ensure the Statutory checks in the area related to Instrumentation To train the sub-ordinates for the Instrumentation activities, Participation, and Encouragement of Team work. Preferred candidate profile B-Tech or BE in Instrumentation discipline in process control industries preferably Pulp and Paper industries. Person shall have Knowledge and Experience on Steam Turbo Generator Controls and Protection Logics Turbo Generators Governing Systems and Controls Recovery Boiler and FBC Boiler Controls and Protection Logics Rotary Lime Kilns, Causticizing Controls and Protection Logics Hands on experience in DCS and PLC Systems, ABB, Honeywell, Siemens, Allen Bradly, GE Fanuc on Additional Hardware Configuration, Backup Creation & Restoration, HMI Configuration etc. Process Controls in Power & Chemical Plants Experience on Instrumentation Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance activities. Experience on various type & brands of Field Transmitters, Analyzers and Final Control Elements. Hands-on in Pneumatic and Hydraulic Control systems Knowledge on Nucleonic type Level & Density Measurement Systems. Hands-on in ERP systems preferably on SAP
