Manage assigned Wholesale Distributors (WD) monitor and review their day-to-day activities Ensuring timely placement of orders by assigned WDs vis--vis their budgets Continual monitoring of Accounts Receivable of assigned WDs Scanning the environment on an ongoing basis, understanding the changing latent needs of the customers, advise changes which have taken place in competitors products and policies which are likely to impact our sales Regular market visits; reporting inputs from customers/resellers/printers/publishers/converters as per the prescribed periodicity Understanding the market segmentation and providing inputs to Regional Office and Product Management on improvement requirements from market perspective, if any Market mapping of products and Customer Profiling Monitor Market Operating prices of identified grades in the market place Work closely with Supply Chain to enable timely Order Servicing
