Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Instrumentation, based in Rajahmundry. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and instrumentation. They will oversee various power systems, implement electrical engineering solutions, and ensure the smooth functioning of equipment and systems. The role also involves managing projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

First Class Graduate (B-Tech or BE) in Instrumentation discipline with Eight to Twelve years of experience in process control industries preferably Pulp and Paper industries. 

Knowledge in Instruments and process controls used in process control industries.

Knowledge of field instruments and their trouble shooting and calibration.

Knowledge and hands on experience of DCS and PLC Systems, ABB, Honeywell, Siemens, Allen Bradly, GE Fanuc PLC e.t.c – Additional Hardware Configuration, Backup Creation & Restoration, HMI Configuration.

Knowledge on Pulp Mill Related Instrumentation.

Experience on Instrumentation Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance activities.

Experience on various type & brands of Field Transmitters, Analyzers and Final Control Elements. 

Knowledge and Experience on Pneumatic and Hydraulic Control systems

Knowledge on Nucleonic type Level & Density Measurement Systems.
