This role demands a deep understanding of heavy industrial electrical systems, plant automation, process instrumentation, and digital transformation strategies to ensure maximum reliability, safety, and productivity. Principal Accountabilities* Lead and manage the Electrical & Automation teams across all production units. Develop and implement strategies for electrical and automation systems to improve plant efficiency, uptime, and energy optimization. Drive modernization initiatives, including Industry 4.0, SCADA, PLC/DCS upgrades, and smart maintenance practices. Ensure high availability and performance of electrical equipment (HT/LT switchgears, transformers, motors, drives, UPS, etc.) across all plants. Oversee the maintenance and optimization of automation systems (PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA) across the SMS, CCP, Rolling Mill, Bright Bar & Seamless Pipe units.
