Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource & Admin Assistant at BigMuscles Nutrition in Faridabad. The HRA Assistant will be responsible for HR management, human resources information systems (HRIS), benefits administration, and training tasks to support the HR team in various functions. We prefer people who have handled manufacturing units.

KRA:

• Compliance audit of the organisation to ensure it complies with relevant laws and regulations.
• development of HR policies to ensure compliance.
• Hirings or white collar & labours both. Daily communication with labours for admin.
• Very active participation in the team is needed.
• Training the staff on compliance.
• Record maintenance to ensure compliance. .
• Monitoring changes to ensure all rules & regulations are being followed properly.
• Reporting to management on the compliance status.
• Compliance advice: HR advises departmental heads on ongoing compliance improvement.
• Creating a recruitment process that uses metrics, weight questions, and scales.
• Creating checklists to make action for all compliance to be done.
• Hiring all labours wherever & whenever required.
• monitoring all agents for labours.
• Housekeeping agencies & stock.
• Overall heathy environment of the organisation.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment for all employees and visitors.
