Job Description: You will be responsible for assisting the line manager in performing their duties. Your key responsibilities will include conducting the recruitment process for on-Roll and Off-Roll employees, facilitating onboarding and exit formalities, handling and managing all contractual staff and vendors, managing attendance and record-keeping of all employees, communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees, preparing HR letters/documents/certificates/attendance as required, handling employee inquiries and grievances, assisting in internal audits, maintaining records, providing data when required, upkeeping employee personal files, and undertaking any other duties or projects as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a Post Graduation qualification in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed college or university in India/Overseas. - Total experience of 1-2 years in relevant areas. - Maximum age of 30 as of 01.07.2025 Additional Details: The company offers an annual salary ranging from Rs. 3.5 lakh to Rs. 6.00 lakh per annum.,
