· Assisting the line manager to perform their duties.
· Conducting Recruitment process for on-Roll and Off-Roll employees.
· Facilitate onboarding and Exit formalities.
· Assisting in preparation of monthly payroll of employees
· Handling & management of all contractual Staff & Vendors.
· Attendance Management & record keeping of all employees.
· Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
· Preparing all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the line manager.
· Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
· Assistance for internal audit, maintaining the required records, and providing the data whenever required.
· Upkeeping employee personal files.
· Other duties or projects as assigned.
