Job Description

· Assisting the line manager to perform their duties.

· Conducting Recruitment process for on-Roll and Off-Roll employees.

· Facilitate onboarding and Exit formalities.

· Assisting in preparation of monthly payroll of employees

· Handling & management of all contractual Staff & Vendors.

· Attendance Management & record keeping of all employees.

· Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees

· Preparing all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the line manager.

· Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.

· Assistance for internal audit, maintaining the required records, and providing the data whenever required.

· Upkeeping employee personal files.

· Other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Post Graduation qualification in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed college or university in India/Overseas.
  • Total experience of 1-2 years in relevant areas.
  • Maximum 30 as on 01.07.2025
Benefits
  • Rs. 3.5 lakh to Rs. 6.00 lakh per annum
