Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Address and resolve employee grievances promptly in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Conduct fair, impartial, and confidential investigations into complaints, disciplinary issues, or policy violations.
Foster positive employee relations by promoting transparency, respect, and open communication across teams.
Support supervisors and employees with conflict resolution, counseling, and corrective action procedures.
Ensure strict compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory norms, and internal organizational HR practices.
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of grievance cases, disciplinary actions, and ER activity.
Collaborate with management to implement employee engagement initiatives aimed at increasing satisfaction and retention.
Conduct orientation and awareness programs on HR policies, code of conduct, ethics, and grievance mechanisms.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of employment laws and statutory compliance
Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage confidential matters with integrity
Conflict resolution and investigative skills
Problem-solving mindset with a people-first approach
