Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR operations, ensuring compliance, Administration, driving employee engagement, and aligning people practices with business goals.

Key responsibilities

· Handle the recruitment process, from posting jobs to interviews and on boarding.

· Address employee concerns, help resolve conflicts, and encourage a positive workplace.

· Ensure the company adheres to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

· Develop and update HR policies and procedures to support the company’s goals.

· Manage salaries, payroll, and employee benefits.

· Track leave, attendance, and ensure workplace safety.

· Assist with HR reports, workforce planning, and data analysis.

· Collaborate with managers to enhance employee satisfaction and minimize turnover.

· Oversee performance appraisal systems

Administration

· To review and support Team Administration to manage the key deliverables including Procurement, Travel, Conveyance, Communication, Vehicle Hire, Office Lease & Management, Office Notices & Display Board, Fire Safety & Compliance, Office Repairs & Maintenance, Office Stores & Inventory, Records Management, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Asset Issuance and Tracking, Event Management, Vendor Management & Disaster Management policy.

Skills and qualifications

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Strong attention to detail

· Proficiency in administrative duties such as communications, data entry, and record keeping

· Enthusiasm for working within a team environment

· Proficiency with technology, and the ability to pick up new software easily

· Experienced in using HR tools, including payroll systems and ATS.

· Ability to prioritize work and keep information confidential.

· Understanding of HR procedures and policies.

· Professional and customer-focused attitude with respect for privacy.

· Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Willingness to work well in a team and focus on achieving results.

Preferred qualifications

· Familiarity with company’s preferred HR software

· Experience in an administrative role

· Understanding of labor laws

· Desire to grow within the company


Experience:

MBA/PGDM in HR

5 +Years of experience in HR or Similar roles
