Sales Manager (Vehicle Loan)

As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Executives to achieve the target goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating Auto Loan leads from open markets and various channels to meet team targets. - Developing, monitoring, and maintaining relationships with clients and channel partners such as Car Dealers and DSAs, implementing retention strategies for the region. - Implementing and overseeing sales activities to reach targets and organizing loan events in collaboration with the Cluster Head. - Addressing product queries and service issues to ensure customer satisfaction. - Providing in-house and on-field training and guidance to team members. - Tagging interested leads and ensuring follow-up for maximum conversion until loan disbursement. - Mentoring and training team members to optimize performance and achieve revenue targets. - Handling high-value mandates, pre-sales, negotiations, and relationship maintenance. - Monitoring team operations to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Undertaking any other duties or projects as assigned. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation from any discipline. - Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in Vehicle Loans with cross-selling. - Salary range: Rs. 3.5 lakhs to Rs. 8.00 lakhs per annum plus incentives. - Minimum age requirement: 21 years, Maximum age requirement: 50 years as of 01.01.2025.,
