Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your role involves managing a team of Sales Executives to generate Auto Loan leads from open markets and various channels. Your responsibilities include developing, monitoring, and maintaining relationships with clients and channel partners such as Car Dealers and DSAs. You will need to implement sales activities to achieve targets, organize loan events, handle product queries, and provide necessary training and guidance to team members. Key Responsibilities: - Generate Auto Loan leads and ensure team targets are met - Develop and implement sales activities to achieve targets - Liaise with clients and channel partners for retention strategies - Handle product queries and service issues - Provide in-house and on-field training to team members - Tag interested leads for follow-up and ensure maximum conversion - Mentor and train team members for optimum performance - Originate high-value mandates, negotiate deals, and maintain relationships - Monitor team performance to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines - Any other duties or projects as assigned Qualifications Required: - Graduate from any discipline - Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in Vehicle Loan with cross-selling - Salary range: Rs. 3.5 lakhs to Rs. 8.00 lakhs per annum plus incentives - Age requirement: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 50 years as of 01.01.2025 As a Sales Manager, your role involves managing a team of Sales Executives to generate Auto Loan leads from open markets and various channels.
