As an Assistant Manager-HR at our company based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all HR operations to ensure compliance, drive employee engagement, and align people practices with business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. - Address employee concerns, facilitate conflict resolution, and foster a positive workplace environment. - Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies. - Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with the company's objectives. - Monitor leave, attendance, and maintain workplace safety standards. - Assist in generating HR reports, workforce planning, and data analysis. - Collaborate with managers to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover rates. - Supervise the performance appraisal systems effectively. **Administration:** You will be responsible for reviewing and supporting Team Administration in managing various key deliverables such as procurement, travel, communication, office maintenance, records management, vendor management, and disaster management policy. **Skills and Qualifications:** - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong attention to detail and proficiency in administrative tasks. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Proficiency with technology and eagerness to learn new software. - Prioritization skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. - Understanding of HR procedures, policies, and labor laws. - Professional and customer-focused demeanor with a high regard for privacy. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Preferred qualifications include familiarity with HR software, administrative experience, knowledge of labor laws, and a strong desire for career growth within the company.
