Maintain accurate health records for all employees. Conduct safety training sessions, emphasizing health and safety measures in the workplace. Coordinate with external medical services in case of emergencies. Manage work-related injuries, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-ups. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications : Education : B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institute. Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience as a staff nurse, preferably in an industrial or corporate setting. Skills : Ability to handle emergencies and provide first aid. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of industrial health & safety protocols. Compassionate, responsible, and proactive in patient care. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
