ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Executive(8+years) to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading various HR functions with a focus on Recruitment, Core HR activities, Compliance, Statutory, Employee Training and the Development of HR Strategies.

Lead recruitment

* Work closely with technical teams to understand job requirements, ensure candidates meet qualifications, and conduct technical assessments.

* Build relationships with specialized technical training institutions to attract top embedded talent.

Statutory & Compliance

HRIS

* Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, and terminations.

* Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and productivity.

* Collaborate with leadership to define and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and objectives.

* Implement employee retention strategies and succession planning programs.

* Contribute to the development of a high-performance culture by driving initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion, and employee wellness.
