Nursing Recruitment and Manpower Management

• Maintaining and updating the sanctioned manpower versus available manpower on monthly basis
• Filling up positions against resignations received within 30 days
• Managing recruitment needs the Human Resource consultancy contacts, job portals, walk in and employee reference.
• Taking preliminary interview round.
• Conducting written aptitude test
• Arranging interview with ANO and the Human Resource manager.
• Explaining salary structure to selected candidates and issuing offer letter to them.

Time and attendance management

• Timekeeping of nursing staff
• Leave and overtime sanctioning on daily basis.
• Updation in Time track in case of department / sub department/reporting changes

Payroll processing

• Attendance calculation and regularization of nursing staff
• Checking and tallying of salary statements
• Over time calculation of Nursing staff.
• Preparing the regular salary & cheque statement and forwarded to accounts department.
• Handling grievances of salary.
• Employee maternity benefit payment
• To hold & release salary of employees as per protocol

Confirmation of all staff

• Sending confirmation forms of eligible employees in their respective HOD by 5th of the month
• Follow up with HOD for collecting the duly filled 12th of the month
• Making Confirmation or Extension of probation letters accordingly after discussion with Human Resource Manager.
• Handing over to the Confirmation appraisal letter/probation extension letter to the concerned employee

Appraisal (Nursing)

• Annual appraisal of all the nursing staff

Other Responsibilities

• Leave Management (EL & CL Opening)
• Ex-employee Reference check by mail
• Issuing Absconding Letter
• Gratuity processing.
