We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager HR to join our team at Shri Consultancy, responsible for managing human resources in an API Pharma setting
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and excellent leadership skills

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of top talent
Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflicts fairly and promptly
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Job Requirements

Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment contracts, and benefits administration
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
