We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Shri Consultancy
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and the ability to provide top-notch support to our clients

Roles and Responsibility

Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues efficiently
Provide technical assistance and support to employees with desktop-related problems
Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software systems
Conduct regular maintenance and updates of desktop systems to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
Develop and implement procedures to improve desktop support efficiency

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows and macOS
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems
