Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support and ensure smooth functioning of desktop systems, applications, and networks. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting abilities and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot
desktop systems
, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
Set up and manage
Outlook configuration
and troubleshoot email issues.
Provide support for
MS Office
, especially
Excel
, Word, and PowerPoint.
Handle incoming mail queries and ensure timely resolution.
Perform basic troubleshooting of
network connectivity issues
(LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration).
Ensure system security through antivirus updates and basic system checks.
Maintain records of IT assets, service requests, and issue resolutions.
Provide user support and ensure minimal downtime across the workplace.

Key Skills Required:

Outlook Configuration
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Mail Handling
Basic Networking Knowledge (LAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
Good Communication & Problem-Solving Skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Must be punctual, disciplined, and responsible
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
