Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Create internal newsletters, HR stories, and communication content highlighting plant updates and employee achievements.
Cover employee engagement events, training programs, safety drives, and HR initiatives through photos, videos, and write-ups.
Partner with Training & Development teams to document learning programs, trainer highlights, and skill-upgradation success stories.
Develop content for social media and employer branding to showcase the companys culture and workplace excellence.
Collaborate with HRBP, L&D, and production teams to collect information and convert it into meaningful communication.
Prepare HR reports, event summaries, and communication drafts for leadership reviews.
Support HR campaigns like 5S, Kaizen, POSH awareness, and safety week through creative communication materials.
Maintain a repository of HR content, employee interviews, and visual documentation for internal use.
Design posters, flyers, and digital creatives for HR and engagement activities.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all internal and external HR communications.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in HR, with 3 + Years of Experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal Skills.
Experience in employee engagement and training documentation.
Familiarity with HR processes and internal communication.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work with cross-functional teams.
