Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at the Front Desk in Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Supervise and train front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest room preparation and issue resolution.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions.
Implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front desk management or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is necessary.
A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
