Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at the Front Desk in Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest room preparation and issue resolution.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions.
  • Implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front desk management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is necessary.
  • A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
