Key Responsibilities

1) Accounting & Bookkeeping : 

  • Manage daily accounting entries in Tally / Zoho Books.
  • Reconcile vendor invoices, expense claims, and petty cash.
  • Assist in monthly closing activities — journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Track inter-department expense allocations and project-level costing.


2) Statutory Compliance

  • Prepare and support filings for GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and PT.
  • Maintain compliance calendar; coordinate with CA for due dates and return submissions.
  • Support in compiling data for tax audit, statutory audit, and ROC filings.
  • Maintain records for employee-related statutory payments.


3) Reimbursements & Payroll Support

  • Process reimbursement claims as per company policy.
  • Validate invoices and approvals before payment release.
  • Coordinate with HR for monthly payroll inputs and employee-related deductions.


4) Vendor Management & Banking

  • Prepare payment proposals and update payment trackers.
  • Maintain vendor master data and ensure documentation (PAN, GST, etc.).
  • Coordinate with banks for payments, fund transfers, and statements.


5) Legal & Compliance Coordination

  • Maintain a repository of NDAs, agreements, and vendor contracts.
  • Support in renewals, signature tracking (via DocuSign), and filing.


6) MIS & Reporting

  • Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports (P&L summary, expense analysis).
  • Support budget vs actual tracking and management reports for leadership.


Skills & Qualifications :

  • B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA preferred.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or compliance.
  • Working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / Excel.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and payroll compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable coordinating across departments and vendors.
