Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance to manage core finance functions including budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and month-end closings. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to support financial decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly financial statements – P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow
• Conduct variance analysis on revenue, costs, margins, and cash flows
• Develop and maintain MIS dashboards for management insights
• Support budgeting & forecasting activities

Books Closing (Month-End / Year-End)

• Lead timely closing of books with accurate accounting entries
• Review accruals, provisions, prepaid expenses & depreciation
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audit requirements
• Finalization support for Balance Sheet schedules & reports

Compliance & Controls

• Oversee GST/TDS workings, payments & return documentation
• Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards and statutory requirements
• Strengthen internal financial controls and documentation processes

Cash & Treasury Management

• Monitor daily collections, bank positions, vendor payments & cash flow
• Vendor ledger reconciliation and payment cycle planning
• Support cost control initiatives and financial risk monitoring

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent knowledge of Finance, Taxation & Accounting Standards
• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP & Focus software
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting)
• Strong analytical & problem-solving ability
• Good communication, coordination & leadership skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
