Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager in Executive Recruitment at Teleperformance, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end life cycle of candidates. This involves screening, conducting interviews, making selections, and extending offers. You will play a crucial role in determining if candidates are a suitable match for high-level positions within the company. Your role will be competitive, requiring interaction with candidates in high demand, necessitating strong negotiation skills for success. Additionally, you will act as the main point of contact for hiring managers, oversee the search process, and collaborate with them on candidate suggestions and pipeline updates. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in executive and leadership talent acquisition to focus on niche talent sourcing for global recruitment processes, including head-hunting, talent mapping, and lead generation. - Identify stakeholders" needs and organizational goals to strategize talent pipelines effectively. - Execute tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing techniques through various channels to present detailed candidate profiles. - Conduct initial candidate interviews, maintaining close communication with hiring managers to align with their requirements and save time. - Proficiently use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and assess job descriptions based on discussions with hiring managers. - Develop sustainable candidate talent pools and define strategies for maintaining healthy pipelines. - Participate in compensation negotiations, collaborating closely with businesses to determine terms. - Advise stakeholders on best recruiting practices and innovative solutions. - Follow up with hiring managers to gather updated feedback on potential hires. Qualifications: - Preferably have experience in the BPO industry. - Hold a Bachelor's degree or MBA. - Possess 2-8 years of experience, particularly in significant executive and leadership placements. - Demonstrate professional networking skills. - Exhibit strong negotiation skills. - Familiarity with HRMS, ATS tools, and MS Office, especially MS Excel. - Be a critical thinker and problem-solver. - Work effectively in a team, showcasing outstanding time-management skills. - Remain precise, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. - Uphold confidentiality and trust when handling background checks and sensitive information. - Maintain persistence and persuasiveness with top recruits. - Possess strong interpersonal skills with an interest in engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds. - Display high organizational skills and thoroughness in tasks.,
