The Assistant Manager Billing will oversee, enhance, and maintain a properly functioning revenue cycle process through staff development, work integrity and team performance. The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for managing the entire RCM team. Effectively oversee revenue cycle operations for one or more clients. This role is responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue, metrics and objective goals established for the department. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will require the reporting of the Country Manager and will be accountable for the adherence to strict metrics. You will be required to work independently, resolve issues with a plan of resolution, and report any delays or issues.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Education:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Medical Billing in a Managerial role with other healthcare provider revenue cycle operations
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Working knowledge of all major payers including Workers’ Compensation and Auto
- Ability to work under pressure while successfully meeting deadlines

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire Billing team consisting of Billing/Sr. Billing Executives, SMEs, QA ATLs, Team Leads, Sr. Team Leads
- Approve employee time and contractor payroll entries
- Provide training and ongoing education to ATLs, TLs/Sr. TLs as and when required
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and conferences as needed
- Meet tight deadlines
- Manage the operations and revenue cycle functions for assigned client(s) to successfully achieve financial and productivity goals
- Oversee the daily operations of the charge posting or payment posting teams
- Provide daily management and support to the team to ensure they are working effectively and correctly completing assigned tasks
- Regularly conduct audits of team members and provide individual feedback monthly (minimum); identify needs for and provide training to address any competency and quality gaps in performance
- Review and confirm correct usage of contractual and backend adjustment journal codes
