Alongside textiles, it undertakes the design, fabrication, and execution of pre-engineered steel buildings and engineered structures for warehouses, factories, and infrastructure projects. Its operations combine manufacturing expertise with project execution capabilities, serving clients across multiple industrial sectors.

We have an urgent job opening in our Head Office in Faridabad. Details of job has been give below:

Venue:

Plot No -29, Ashoka Enclave 3, DLF Industrial Area, Phase-II, Faridabad, Haryana 121013. Nearest metro station NHPC Faridabad.

Walk in Interview Time: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)

Job Role: Assistant Manager Admin

Experience: 8-10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

As an Admin Manager in heavy manufacturing looking after daily office operations, manages admin staff, Security Staffs, optimizes procedures for efficiency, handles budgets/supplies/facilities, ensures compliance (safety/policy), coordinates inter-departmentally (HR/Finance/Production Plant), manages records, and supports senior management, all while maintaining smooth workflows in a complex, large-scale environment.

  • * Operations Management:* looking daily admin tasks, develop/implement policies, streamline workflows, manage schedules, and coordinate activities for efficiency.
  • * Staff Supervision:* Train, guide, and evaluate administrative personnel; ensure optimal performance.
  • * Resource & Budget Control:* Manage office supplies/Stationeries, Plant stationeries, equipment, maintenance, and facility services; assist with budgeting and cost control.
  • * Inter-Departmental Coordination:* Liaise with HR, Finance, Production, and other departments to align operations with company goals.
  • * Compliance & Safety:* Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and legal documentation.
  • * Reporting & Communication:* Prepare reports for management, manage correspondence, and facilitate information flow.
  • * Special Projects:* Organize events, manage vendor relations, and handle special projects as needed.
  • * Manufacturing Specifics:* May involve gate passes, inventory control (scrap/dead stock), vehicle logs, and facility security.
  • Visiting various Licencing Offices for various licenses, Handling Corporate and plant all transportations / Logistics.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Business Admin or related).
  • Experience: Proven admin management & Store Management experience, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Skills: Strong organization, multitasking, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and knowledge of ERP/office systems.Preferred candidates those who are from heavy manufacturing industry experienced and Interested candidate can attend the walk in interview also share Resume at hr@richa.in.
