As an Assistant Manager Admin at our company located in Malleswaram, Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations - Managing office facilities, vendor coordination, and housekeeping - Ensuring smooth functioning of office infrastructure and compliance - Handling employee attendance, asset management & procurement - Supporting HR and management in admin-related functions - Ensuring safety, security, and cleanliness protocols are followed To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - 5 years of experience in Office Administration - Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Office and admin tools - Excellent communication skills in Kannada/Hindi & English This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule and day shift.
