Job Description

We’re Hiring: Sales Executive (B2C) – Interior Industry Location: Bengaluru Experience: 1 – 4 Years (B2C Sales) Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA (based on experience + incentives) Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi & Kannada is mandatory Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic B2C Sales Executives who can engage directly with walk-in/homeowner clients, understand their interior design requirements, and drive project closures. Key Responsibilities: Meet and convert leads from walk-ins, referrals, or digital sources Understand client needs and explain interior design offerings Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Requirements: Proven B2C sales experience, preferably in interiors, real estate, or home improvement Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals Own two-wheeler preferred for site/client visits Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 10/07/2025
