Walk in Interview Time : 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Saturday) Job Role : Assistant Manager - Purchase (PEB & Textile) Experience: 5-8 Years l ·Vendor Management: Identify and assess domestic suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and agreements. Maintain strong relationships with existing domestic vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing. l ·Procurement Process: Execute end-to-end procurement processes domestically, from requisition to delivery coordination. Optimize costs through efficient and timely sourcing of domestic goods and services. l ·Cost Negotiation: Negotiate competitive terms with domestic suppliers to enhance cost-effectiveness. Monitor market trends and pricing for strategic procurement decisions. l ·Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control for domestic products, ensuring compliance with specified standards. Resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or discrepancies in domestic purchases. l ·Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of domestic inventory levels, reconciling with purchase orders. Implement efficient inventory control practices to minimize stock outs and excess inventory domestically. l ·Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation for domestic procurement, including purchase orders and contracts. Ensure compliance with domestic regulations, company policies, and legal requirements. Computer Proficiency : Advance Excel & ERP software. Procurement for MS PLATES, Angle , chanel , rolled section and welding consumable , grinding wheel , paint , primer , coils , crane accessories, HR Plates / MS Steel plates PEB Introductions all materials). Job Role : Manager IT Infrastructure Job Exp : 8-12 Years in big IT Setup Job Responsibilities: Infrastructure Management: Overseeing the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimal performance of both physical and virtual servers (e.g., Windows etc.). Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitoring system performance, availability, and capacity, and coordinating necessary upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance. Security and Compliance: Implementing robust security protocols, including firewalls, access controls, and data protection measures, and ensuring all server activities comply with industry standards and regulations. Backup and Disaster Recovery: Developing, testing, and maintaining data backup systems and disaster recovery (DR) plans to ensure business continuity in the event of an outage or crisis. Project Management: Leading IT projects related to server upgrades, migrations, or new system deployments, managing time lines, budgets, and resources. Vendor Management: Evaluating, selecting, and negotiating with third-party vendors for hardware, software, and services to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service delivery.
