About the Role:

The Senior Accounts Executive / Assistant Manager – Accounts / Accounts Manage will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a small team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and reporting activities.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions and vendor payments.
• Monitor GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and ensure audit readiness.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Prepare and submit various MIS reports as required by management.
• Supervise junior accountants and ensure timely task completion.
• Liaise with banks for day-to-day transactions and loan documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting; CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in core accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Good analytical, organizational, and team management skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in working with mid-sized companies or in project-based industries.
• Exposure to Tally systems or transition to automated accounting platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
