Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure accurate accounting of purchases & timely updation in systems
2. Ensure GST timely reconcillation
3. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
4. Monitor budgets and support financial forecasting and planning.
5. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
6. Support month-end and year-end close processes.
7. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
9. Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit preparation.
10. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations.
11. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth financial workflows.
12. Ensure to maintain the Store Tally for inventory monitoring
