Urgent Opening – Asst. Manager/ Manager Accounts | Praveg Limited

Praveg Limited is urgently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asst. Manager/ Manager Accounts to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day financial activities, manage GST and TDS compliance and handle quarterly account finalization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate TDS, TCS, and GST reports and File returns on a monthly basis.
2. Oversee day-to-day financial activities.
3. Perform TDS Return reconciliation every quarter and assist in return filing.
4. Reconcile Sales data/Purchase Data for annual GST filings.
5. Update monthly financial reports and MIS.
6. Ensure accuracy of all data entered in the accounting system.
7. Ensure full compliance with TDS and GST for all transactions.
8. Finalize Quarter-end accounts and coordinate with auditors for Quarterly Results.
9. Address internal financial queries and guide teams on compliance.
10. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for all audits.
11. Prepare data for Monthly internal audits.
12. Lead and manage the Accounts Executive team effectively.

Skills Required:

• Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Strong understanding of Taxation, GST, TDS, and financial compliance
• Analytical and detail-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of OTA compliance will be an added advantage

Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Accounts / Finance
• CA Inter with 4-5 Years / CA with 0-1 year experience

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 60k to 70k
