If you are a detail-oriented accounting professional with 6-8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure/Technology Services industry, this opportunity is perfect for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial closures, and prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. - Handle audit processes and coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth completion of statutory audits. - Prepare and analyze MIS reports, budgets, and financial summaries to support business and management decisions. - Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and strengthen internal financial controls. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Operations, Procurement) for accounting and reporting accuracy. **Key Requirements:** - Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com. - Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in an IT or technology-driven organization. - Strong understanding of Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST laws, Income Tax, TDS, and Audit procedures. - Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems) and advanced skills in MS Excel. - Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
