Reporting to : Manager, Accounts & Finance

Essential Qualification : B.Com / M.Com / BBM / Diploma – Commercial Practice

Experience : 05 to 06 Years in Automobile Industry

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

· Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.

· Assist in the analysis of financial data and trends.

2. General Ledger Management:

· Maintain the integrity of the general ledger.

· Record and reconcile financial transactions.

3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

· Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.

· Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

4. Bank Reconciliation:

· Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

· Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts.

5. Tax Compliance:

· Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

· Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.

6. Expense Management:

· Review and process employee expense reports.

· Monitor and control expenses to align with budgetary guidelines.

7. Financial Audits:

· Collaborate in the preparation for internal and external audits.

· Provide necessary documentation and support during audit processes.

8. Ad Hoc Financial Analysis:

· Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required.

· Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· 2 Years of relevant experience in accounting.

· Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, etc.,) and Microsoft Excel.

· Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
