Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented finance professional to manage day-to-day accounts, fund flow, vendor billing, statutory compliance, and financial reporting..

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Handling Purchase, billing, and reconciliation.
• Handle vendor payments, petty cash, and fund utilization business units.
• Prepare and analyze MIS, budgets, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESI, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, auditors, and internal departments.
• Support payroll accounting and monthly financial closures.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP and ensure financial transparency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably from hospitality, facility management, or airport operations.
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
