As an Assistant Manager in Finance & Accounting for an FMCG Manufacturing and Retail chain located at Halol GIDC, Vadodara, your primary responsibilities will include handling Bank Reconciliation Statements, finalizing Balance Sheets, managing daily transactions and generating MIS reports, conducting audits, implementing cost control measures, calculating costing for finished products, outsourcing processes for cost-effective solutions, leading the F&A department for an FMCG business with an annual turnover of 100 crore, and reviewing contracts to ensure efficient Retail and Channel sales across India.
