SKILLS, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Welding Operations: Develop and validate welding processes (MIG, TIG, Spot, etc.) based on product specifications and codes (ASME, AWS, ISO, etc.). Define Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Qualification Tests (WQT). Review weld symbols, NDT requirements, and inspection criteria. Troubleshoot welding defects and implement corrective/preventive actions. Ensure adherence to welding standards and customer specifications. Assembly Operations: Lead and monitor mechanical and structural assembly processes. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and assembly guidelines.
