Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Kitchen Steward Manager with 6-10 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in kitchen management, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
