Job Description: Senior IT Executive

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior IT Executive to oversee the organization’s technology operations, ensure optimal system performance, and support digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, software systems, security protocols, and end-user support across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• System & Network Management:
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and software systems to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Technical Support:

Provide advanced technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.

• IT Infrastructure Oversight:

Manage and monitor data storage systems, backups, firewalls, and other IT infrastructure to ensure business continuity and data protection.Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, data privacy policies, and access control systems to safeguard organizational data.Coordinate with development and operations teams to deploy, update, and monitor enterprise applications, ERP systems, and cloud platforms.Liaise with external vendors for procurement, AMC renewals, and IT service contracts. Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets and licenses.Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through automation, digital tools, and system integration.Maintain detailed documentation of IT processes, configurations, and incident reports. Prepare regular performance and audit reports.Work closely with cross-departmental teams to align IT operations with organizational goals and ensure smooth workflow support.Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), and database systems.
• Proficiency in firewalls, backup solutions, and IT security best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems, virtualization, or DevOps environments is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead IT initiatives within the organization.
