As an Assistant IT Manager in the Hotel/Restaurant industry, your role will be crucial in ensuring the seamless functioning of IT systems across various locations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues in the office and outlets promptly. - Troubleshooting and maintaining POS systems, ensuring smooth operations. - Providing sales data analytics and reports using tools like Google Studio. - Supporting and maintaining Windows OS, Windows Server OS, and MAC systems. - Installing and configuring authorized software and managing CCTV access and security configurations. - Installing and configuring network infrastructure components like SonicWall Firewalls, routers, access points, and switches. - Managing biometric machines for employee access control and performing network cabling and patching. - Maintaining and troubleshooting printers and managing VMware ESXi server environments. - Ensuring quality standards for all hardware and regular maintenance. - Maintaining cloud data storage, backup solutions, and data filtering for optimal performance. - Implementing AI-driven solutions for IT operations and automation. - Providing technical support for POS systems and online platform management. - Maintaining IT asset logs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring software licensing compliance. - Setting up and managing user accounts, providing user support, and ensuring system updates and security. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues. - Proficiency in managing POS systems, Windows OS, Windows Server OS, and MAC systems. - Knowledge of network infrastructure components like SonicWall Firewalls, routers, access points, and switches. - Familiarity with managing biometric machines, CCTV systems, and VMware ESXi server environments. - Ability to provide technical support for IT systems and online platforms. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
