Assistant IT Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing Microsoft Windows Active Directory, Windows Server administration, network administration, cybersecurity practices, Linux server administration, and troubleshooting various network connection problems. Additionally, you will maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage user accounts in Active Directory including resetting accounts, assigning folder access, and creating/disabling accounts. - Configure Active Directory and identity management solutions for access control of local and remote users. - Implement and administer users, computers, and objects in an Active Directory environment. - Manage a server with a public IP and analyze and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server hardware, software applications, and clustered environment issues. - Set up switches/routers, configure DNS, DHCP, VPN, and terminals for remote access. - Troubleshoot various network connection problems. - Implement cybersecurity practices. - Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments. - Perform Linux server administration. - Carry out other tasks relating to the area of responsibility, following instructions by the superior. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. - 6-10 years of relevant experience. - Local candidates of Gujarat preferred.
