Assistant IT Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and maintain PCs, servers, and IT assets at both locations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AD, RDP servers, and network systems.
• Ensure smooth functioning of CCTV surveillance systems.
• Handle email ID and CUG setup requests as per approval.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly IT MIS reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and service quality.
• Support user training, documentation, and IT audits.
• Track IT budget utilization and vendor performance.
• To ensure timely and efficient IT support.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Hardware & Networking (CCNA Certified preferred).
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in system administration & network management.
• Strong knowledge of routers, switches, IP configuration, and firewalls.
• Experience in CCTV, data backup, antivirus, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent vendor coordination and documentation skills.
• Sound understanding of network infrastructure and firewall management
