Assistant IT Manager

As an Assistant IT Manager, you will be responsible for leading technology operations for our restaurants and offices. Your role will involve managing POS systems, cloud services, and ensuring uptime, security, and seamless guest experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee IT operations, budgets, and vendor management across multiple sites. - Handle inventory & costing systems, recipes, stock, and ERP sync. - Ensure uptime & SLAs; lead L1/L2 support and critical incident response. - Drive IT security, data protection, and compliance. - Deliver new store openings and tech rollouts on time and within budget. - Partner with Operations, Finance, and HR to align tech with business goals. **Qualifications Required:** - 6-8 years of IT experience (3+ years in multi-site retail or F&B). - Hands-on experience with restaurant POS, inventory, and network systems. - Strong skills in M365/Google Workspace, endpoint management, and backups. - Excellent communicator with vendor, budgeting, and leadership experience. - ITIL or PMP certification is a plus.
