Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in managing and maintaining hotel IT infrastructure (servers, networks, hardware, and software)
Ensure smooth operation of Property Management Systems (PMS), POS systems, and other hotel applications
Monitor network performance, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi services for guests and staff
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hotel departments
Support data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures
Assist in managing user accounts, access controls, and system security
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services
Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and system records
Support installation and upgrades of hardware and software
Train hotel staff on basic IT systems and security best practices

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Experience with hotel systems (PMS, POS, IPTV, access control, CCTV)
Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network security
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Vendor management and coordination skills
Attention to detail and documentation skills
Teamwork and leadership support skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–5 years of IT experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Experience in hotel IT systems is an advantage
Relevant IT certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
