Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Human Resources Manager Reports To: Senior Human Resources Manager Location: Corporate Office (Sanjay Nagar) & Experience Centres (Bengaluru) Role Overview: The Asst. HR Manager will drive people-centric initiatives across Recruitment, Training & Development, and Career Progression for Aubree Le Chocolatier. The role focuses on building a data-driven, growth-oriented HR ecosystem that supports talent attraction, engagement, and retention while aligning with the company’s vision of modernizing HR practices for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Implement data-driven recruitment strategies to identify the most effective sourcing channels. Standardize interview and selection processes to reduce bias and improve hiring quality. Partner with department heads to ensure timely manpower planning and proactive hiring. Design and execute structured onboarding programs, including a buddy system for new hires. Maintain strong talent pipelines for frontline and managerial roles across all experience centres. 2. Training & DevelopmentLaunch and manage a digital Learning Management System (LMS) for staff training on menu knowledge, service standards, and food safety. Create modular training programs that blend classroom, on-the-job, and digital learning. Collaborate with internal trainers and HODs to track employee progress and training completion. Conduct regular training needs analysis (TNA) and propose upskilling plans. Develop employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities and recognition programs. 3. Career Progression & Performance Development Design and maintain career path frameworks linked to skills certification and wage progression. Implement competency-based evaluations to identify high-potential employees. Facilitate career progression discussions and ensure transparent internal mobility processes. Track employee feedback, pulse surveys, and stay interviews to enhance retention and morale. Support the Senior HR Manager in strategic workforce planning and succession management. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of recruitment analytics and HR metrics. Hands-on experience with HRIS and digital learning platforms. Excellent communication, training facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking with operational execution capability. Passionate about people development and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management; Master’s preferred. 3–5 years of HR experience in Hospitality / F&B / Retail sector. Proven track record in recruitment, learning design, and employee development initiatives.
