Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Assistant HR Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing HR functions, sales and purchase entries, and staff coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Staff Management: o Assist in managing the salon’s staff, including scheduling, attendance, and shift rotations. o Coordinate with the HR department to ensure staff welfare and performance reviews. o Maintain employee records and handle routine HR queries. 2. Sales and Purchase Entry: o Record daily sales and purchase transactions accurately. o Ensure the timely updating of sales/purchase data in the system. o Assist in inventory management, tracking stock levels, and processing orders as needed. 3. Payroll and Documentation: o Assist in preparing payroll based on attendance and commission data. o Ensure proper documentation for new hires and exits. 4. CustomerSupport and Front Office: o Provide support to front office staff for customer service-related matters. o Address client concerns and ensure a smooth operational workflow. 5. General HR Support: o Assist with recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes. o Assist in organizing training and development sessions for the staff. o Support HR in managing employee grievances and disciplinary actions. Qualifications & Skills: · Experience: Previous experience in HR, administration, or related field is preferred. · Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with HR software is a plus. · Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. · Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and record-keeping is essential. · Team Player: Able to work collaboratively in a team and help maintain a positive work environment.
